We have done a ton of work on the outside. We had the lawn curbing done last year then brought in top soil. We have planted a ton of trees, shrubs and flowers. The lawn is really green and healthy.
The garage is on the side, but we are able to still park two cars in there. We have a full size truck that is lifted (8 foot garage door) and then we also park a Grand Jeep Cherokee in there also...and park a four wheeler in there. So it is pretty big. We also have shelves build in there for storage.
The backyard is low maintanance. We did lawn curbing last year and filled the flower beds in the back with decorative rocks. Makes it looks nice but good if you have dogs or kids.
Fire pit in the back corner of yard. Lots of fun to have get togethers and gather around the fire.
Room for a dog run on the side of the house. It gives good protection for the dogs since its between the house and the fence, but its nice that you can't see it unless you walk over on that side of the house.
Lots of room above the cabinets.
Good size panrty in kitchen.
French doors between kitchen and living room. Added custom wood blinds.
Tile floors, large vanity, cast iron tub with marble bath suround.

We added this molding around the ceiling...has kind of a rustic feel to it.
